We do not charge administration fees, and our lawyer’s are competitive with their fees. When you see viewing free or heavily subsidised inspection trips advertised, these are often reimbursed by companies hidden administration charges, or in hefty lawyers fees where the company will take their extra commission. As previously stated this is not our practise; so please bare this in mind. Flights/ viewing trips/mortgages etc can all be arranged through us, thus making your purchase as stress free as possible.
